How to Make Flawless Brown Gravy From Scratch

A silky, less unique sauce is not difficult at all! Everything you need to do is follow some basic steps and the final result will be a success. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the heated milk. Pan the onion in olive oil until translucent and add the garlic. While stirring, add the onion and garlic, add the flour form a roux. Slowly the milk into a rich sauce. The white wine to the desired taste and consistency. Place the chicken thighs in the pan together with theTarragon, cover and cook until well done, 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of chicken legs. Before serving, season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve over rice.

I was looking for a large pot, but not too large and happened upon this pot. I thought that I would give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. I felt really proud cooking a great big pot of soup that I could serve to loads of guests.
