Professional Baker's Grease
Mix equal parts flour, vegetable fat and vegetable oil. First cream shortening and then add vegetable oil and flour. Mix until well combined.

While the cake bakes, cover your cake board with foil. AfterThe cake has been in its pot or pan on a wire rack, let them cool down.
