God saved you for Crock Pot COOKING – IT day!
I'm always grateful for crock pot cooking, because I had an experience the other day, which highlighted the benefits of cooking in a crock pot and luckily it turned out very well!
I had invited my daughter and family for dinner and planned on the implementation of a crock pot with lamb chops at approximately 10:30 clock. Well, I have on this computer busy, and before I knew it was 1pm and the flesh protrudedwas still in the fridge and I had to go out! I quickly dipped the chops in the crock pot, some water and that was it. Put it in the air and pulled out the door. (I never start a lamb crock pot without the onions, bay leaves, pepper and carrots on top.) No time for that this day, but at least it was in and cook!
When I later at least the meat was cooked, but no flavorings were added, so that a relatively mild food. At 5.45pm II thought would resolve this issue better, so I took the chops, pour the juice into a pan, add honey / soy sauce, broth, salt and pepper, then it thickened. I thought about this mix then in a little balsamic vinegar poured.
YU-MMY-U! After all that hustle and bustle of the meal turned out fabulous, a bit of a sweet and sour taste – we all just loved it! The goal, a perfect day!
But you know, when I was entertaining that I have a Crock Potactually would have saved. They make life so easy when you come home at the end of a busy day and with all available recipes, you do not have to cook a same day in and day out.
What I particularly like about crock pot cooking is that if you were home at the end of the day you can get with the family for a few minutes and have some time with them before dinner. Or in the case of the invited guests over you, sit down and make before he toostand up and serve the food. I think that crock pot cooking has certainly changed the face of entertainment in this hectic world we live
