<p> Adriatic Spaghetti Recipe </p>
<p> Ingredients: </p>
<p> 1 bay leaf </p>
<p> 1 green pepper chopped </p>
<p> 1 lb. spaghetti </p>
<p> 1 small octopus (about 3 1 / 4 pounds) </p>
<p> 1 tsp cuminSeeds </p>
<p> 1 / 2 cup olive oil </p>
<p> 1 / 2 pound tomatoes, peeled and cut into strips </p>
<p> 3 cloves garlic, (inner buds removed), chopped </p>
<p> Chopped parsley </p>
<p> Oregano </p>
<p> Rosemary </p>
<p> Salt and pepper </p>
<p> Adriatic spaghetti Instructions: </p>
<p> Wash and dry the octopus careful and do not forget to remove the mouth. Coat the pan with oil and then add the bay leaf, rosemary, cumin, oregano, paprika, parsley, chopped garlic and tomatoes. At the beginning of thethe mixture, put the octopus and taste with salt and pepper. </p>
<p> For 45 to 60 minutes cook and do not forget to cover down the <b >pot.</b> Let the spaghetti boil in water, then season with salt. Let it boil until it bite down on. Take water and let it drain, then place them in a bowl. Mix the sauce which you prepare only at the top of the spaghetti </p>
<p> Serve 4-6 people. </p>
<p> Italian Sausage Spaghetti Sauce Recipe </p>
<p> Ingredients: </p>
<p> 1 cup plainFlour </p>
<p> 1 cup celery, finely chopped </p>
<p> 1 cup dried parsley </p>
<p> 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped </p>
<p> 1 tablespoon red cayenne pepper </p>
<p> 1 / 2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped </p>
<p> 1 / 2 cup olive oil </p>
<p> 1 / 4 tablespoons dried mint </p>
<p> 2 cup onion, finely chopped </p>
<p> Lb 2 Italian sausage </p>
<p> 3 cups tomato sauce </p>
<p> 3 tablespoons Lea &amp; Perrins </p>
<p> 2 cup water </p>
<p> 2 cups dry white wine</p>
<p> Italian Sausage Spaghetti Sauce Instructions: </p>
<p> Slice into 2 lengths in the Italian sausage. Half cook the sausage in olive oil until it gets a brownish color. Remove the sausage from the pan. Make roux by flour, oil was used. Add celery, bell peppers and onions. By addition of water, mix until it becomes smooth. After this wine garlic and parsley added. </p>
<p> Pour the Lea &amp; Perrins sauce, tomato sauce, dried mint and red pepper. Continue mixing. Carry to boilingWater and salt to your taste. Add sausage, and take back to boil. Boil it for about 3 4 hours. </p>
<p> Tips: This is my way of eating is topped up spaghetti with cheese. In the past I have while I am reviewing because it takes a little time to cook. </p>
